“Its winter time and i'm painting on a smile…” is the opening line to our The Under the Bridge Christmas single "Hold hope at Christmas" which is out now.  PLEASE make a donation to help keep this brilliant project going. If we cat get just a £1 donation for every play of the YouTube video we will raise enough funding to keep the project going for another year.

The Under the Bridge project is a project that explores the positive mental health impacts of spending time in Blue Spaces. Alongside water-based activities, Creative Arts & Music and light-touch Holistic therapy sessions - our project brings together individuals promoting togetherness, strengthening support circles and developing confidence all whilst exploring creativity.

The single has been written in order to raise awareness about men's mental health and encourage men struggling in any way not to get isolated during the winter period.

Stats show that after Christmas is a pressure point for men with January seeing a surge in the number of men attempting to take their own lives. Its worth remembering when it comes to men:

• ¾ of suicides are men

• Suicide is the biggest preventable killer

• Suicide is the bigger killer of men under 50
